HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

All orders process within 2-7 business days.
If you do not get an order confirmation email immediately after you order, please email lidsloft@gmail.com and we can re-send you a fresh copy or figure out what happened. Don't panic. Seriously. We'll stick with you every step of the way until we make things right with you. 

On all orders, please allow 15-45 days for delivery. We know it takes some patience but we can assure you its worth the wait! Many of our products are sourced and shipped directly from overseas warehouses and as a result the delivery times might be a bit longer than you're used to. This is also the reason why we are able to offer such incredible pricing and free shipping on every order.

If you would like to cancel your order you must cancel BEFORE we ship your items.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of the purchase date. We do not accept cancels after that because the order has typically been processed by then.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
- Unfortunately we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. Please review our return policy.
