HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

Orders typically process within 3 business days.
If you do not get an order confirmation email immediately after you order, please email contact@lidsloft.com and we can send you a fresh copy or figure out what happened. Don't panic. Seriously. We'll stick with you every step of the way until we make things right with you. 

On all orders, please allow 15-45 days for delivery. However, most products are delivered between 12 - 20 days. We know it takes some patience but we can assure you it's worth the wait! Many of our products are sourced and shipped directly from overseas warehouses and as a result the delivery times might be a bit longer than you're used to. This is also the reason why we are able to offer such incredible pricing and free shipping.

You should also receive a tracking number once your items ship. If you do not or are just wondering the status or location of your order, please simply email us at contact@lidsloft.com. 

If you would like to cancel your order you must cancel BEFORE we ship your items.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of the purchase date. We do not accept cancels after that because the order has typically been processed by then.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
- Unfortunately we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. Please review our return policy.
